what’s new?

Every season gets its own little personality at ÜRTH. Spring tastes like blueberry, white choc and iced cups. Autumn is cinnamon, caramel and cosy chaos. Winter is rich, slow and probably covered in chocolate.

We like our menu to feel like a moodboard, not a spreadsheet.

our house blend.

Our house coffee is smooth, rich and a little bit addictive, with notes of chocolate, hazelnut and raisin.

Basically, the kind of coffee that makes people say “what beans do you use?” before they’ve even finished the cup.

The best bits at ÜRTH are usually the ones that happen quietly. Someone’s usual order. A table that turns into a three-hour catch up. A drink that becomes part of someone’s routine.

Two friends came in for one coffee and ended up planning an entire business idea over sandōs. We support this behaviour.

One customer orders the same iced matcha every week and still says “surprise me” every time. We don’t question icons.

the post-class ritual

Matcha, a sweet treat and ten minutes of doing absolutely nothing. Honestly, that’s wellness.
